Redesigning Pampers, Cruiser nappies, Laura’s research into competitors and the target market set up a solid framework for her solution. She developed a rectangular shaped, lightweight pack using brown card which creates instant product and brand differentiation against competitors. The die-cut hippo face acts not only as decoration, but also as an indicator of how many nappies are left. Clever design allows for the pack to be displayed horizontally on the shelf, which, however can be flipped vertical when at home for dispensing the nappies.
