With ice-cream as the product of choice, Ashley has used tinplate to the best of its advantage. It is recyclable and reusable and introduces a new material to the product category. The design is clean, minimal and has a focus on strong photography. Research and consideration has been given to the colours, transport, distribution and costings. Scream for Me provides ease of use for the consumer with portion control and its openability features, effective on-shelf display and is overall a well researched and presented innovation. The tamper evident issue has been addressed with the inclusion of a shrink sleeve over the entire package.
