Honey Buzz, created by Emma and Ellen, was an extremely well presented idea that met all the criteria of this challenge. The label was clear with strong branding. It also had an excellent rationale and their market testing was thorough. The girls have featured an existing product closure twice on the pack to address the problems of having to wait too long for the honey to pour out. This feature is also handy for hands lacking strength to squeeze the honey for a faster flow towards the original closure at the top of the pack. |

Grace and Chelsea’s entry was a versatile package design that could be utilised to suit many products. A wide range of people would find it very useful to be able to drag their heavy shopping home in a bag on wheels and then be able to transfer it directly into the cupboard for regular use. The girls certainly made use of the ‘reuse’ concept by suggesting the bag could be taken back to the pet store to be refilled with dry dog food. Their design and creation certainly displayed great consideration for the end user and the environment. The rationale was excellent and their dog food packaging could certainly fill a gap in the market. |
