PRIZESTeams will compete in one of two categories:
A Gold prize will be awarded in each category for each state and territory. One national prize will be awarded per category to the team that has best met the Judges expectations. State Prizes (Senior Primary and Secondary Categories) Winning student team - $200 School of winning student team - $250 (to purchase design and technology teaching resources). State winners will be presented with their prize at a location and date to be announced at a later date. National Prizes (Senior Primary and Secondary Categories) Winning student team – a further $200 School of winning student team – a further $750 (to purchase design and technology teaching resources). N.B Both the Senior Primary and Secondary national winning team will be presented with their prizes at the Australian Packaging Awards Presentation Dinner held at the Grand Hyatt in Melbourne on Thursday 9, October 2008. The Packaging Council of Australia will cover accommodation and transport costs for the winning team, and an accompanying parent and teacher to attend the awards presentation dinner. Participation Participation certificates will be awarded to all students who register and submit an entry (PowerPoint presentation) to their teacher. Certificates will be posted to students via their teachers. |
