The Australian Packaging Design Awards (APDA) is an annual run competition for brand owners, designers, retailers, manufacturers and raw material suppliers to enter their packaging creations into a wide variety of categories.
2011 has seen a revamp of the Awards – time for us to change up our packaging! We have a new logo, new sponsors, a new name and a new category. The entry and submission process has been changed, with the goal of providing entrants with plenty of information on how to complete their entry.
Participating in the Awards has assisted companies launch new products into the market, improve their corporate positioning, increase their business profile and build media and brand awareness on a national and international scale.
These Awards are on the search to recognise and celebrate companies who are imaginative, innovative and creative in producing packaging of a high standard.
The Packaging Council of Australia (PCA) conducts these Awards. The PCA is the national packaging association representing companies right across the packaging supply chain. For more information on the PCA and what we do, please visit www.pca.org.au
Please take the time to read this website where there is a wealth of information available to assist entrants.
A special note of thanks to all of the sponsors who are very supportive of this program. Also, to the Judges who volunteer their time to be a part of the process. Our sincerest thanks!
Winners will be featured on the PCA website and in the Results Brochure which is distributed nationally, both of which will be available after our Awards Presentation Dinner on October 13 in Melbourne.
Wishing you all the very best of luck!
