Post/Fax: Please complete Entry Form at the back of the Brochure or complete the online form, print out and send a cheque/money order made payable to "Packaging Council of Australia"
Group Registration: Lecturers can contact Jen Salem (03 9690 1955 or jennifer@pca.org.au) to arrange for an invoice to be issued to the Institution.
