CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Sponsored by:

1. The entrant/entrants grant to the Packaging Council of Australia Inc (‘the Council’) together with its servants and agents an irrevocable licence to use the entry or any part thereof in any manner determined by the Council free of any fee, payment, royalty or charge of any kind whatsoever.

2. Property in all entries and submitted material shall vest in the Council and no entry or any materials submitted with the entry shall be returned to the entrant.

3. The entrant/entrants warrant to the Council that the entries submitted do not infringe the copyright or other intellectual property of any third party and the entrant/ entrants indemnify and hold safe the Council for any loss or damage suffered by the Council by reason of a breach of this warranty.

4. The Council and the judges reserve the right to reject any entry for any reason what so ever without providing reasons for such rejection.
