How to register ?

Step 1. Read and select relevant categories
Step 2. Complete Entry Form
Step 3. Read advice for completing Claims Form
Step 4. Complete one Claims Form for each category entered
Step 5. Attach additional information, if necessary
Step 6. To mail or fax entry download the PDF version and send to Packaging Council of Australia
Step 7. Mail product samples for judging to PCA Office

What next?

  • Once registration has been processed, an entry code will be allocated
  • All entrants will receive entry code with delivery instructions 

When, where and how many samples do I send?


When

  • Closing date for Early Bird Registration (Entry/Claims Form) Friday 22 May  
  • Closing date for Regular Registration (Entry/Claims Form) Friday 26 June
  • Closing date for receipt of packaging samples Friday 10 July

How many samples

Enter 1 category send two physical samples
Enter 2 categories send three physical samples
Enter 3 categories send four physical samples

NOTE – Providing an additional sample allows the judges to open and inspect the pack to judge true fitness and purpose, whilst providing another un-tampered sample to be photographed and displayed, if it is deemed successful. Special notes – If the entry is of a large and cumbersome nature it is necessary to provide only one sample. If contents require refrigeration clearly state on the outer pack. Use of dummy products is preferable in these circumstances. The Packaging Council of Australia Inc cannot accept responsibility for packages received in a damaged condition although every opportunity will be given to entrants to provide replacements.
